This Refund Policy explains how refunds work for CoachServ subscriptions purchased at coachserv.online.
1. Free trial
New accounts include a 7-day free trial. No payment is required during the trial. If you decide the Service is not for you, simply do not subscribe when the trial ends.
2. Cancellation
- You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing page.
- Cancellation stops future renewals.
- Access to paid features remains until the end of the current paid billing period.
3. Refund window
Refund requests may be reviewed within 14 days of a payment. Refunds are not guaranteed for periods after significant active use of the paid subscription. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
4. Paddle (Merchant of Record)
For international card payments, Paddle may act as Merchant of Record and process refunds on behalf of CoachServ, in accordance with Paddle's refund policy. You can also manage your subscription and request assistance directly at paddle.net.
5. Manual and Russia payments
Refund requests for manual payments (bank transfer, SBP, crypto, Russia flow) are reviewed individually by CoachServ support. If approved, the refund is processed through the same channel used for the original payment where possible.
6. How to request a refund
Email support@coachserv.online from the account email address, and include:
- Your account email
- The payment date and amount
- The reason for the refund request
We aim to respond within a few business days.
7. Changes to this policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
