These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of CoachServ, available at coachserv.online (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
CoachServ is a SaaS tool for coaches, trainers, tutors and service professionals to manage clients, sessions, payments, packages, booking requests and notifications.
2. Account and eligibility
- You must provide accurate account information and keep it up to date.
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
- You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to use the Service.
- You have authority to bind any organization you register on behalf of.
3. Acceptable use
- Use the Service only for lawful purposes.
- Do not upload illegal, harmful, or sensitive data unless you have the rights and consents required.
- Do not misuse the Service (no fraud, spam, malware, security probing, scraping, or IP infringement).
- You are solely responsible for your relationships with your own clients and for your own tax and legal obligations.
4. Subscription and pricing
- New users receive a 7-day free trial.
- After the trial, continued use requires a paid monthly subscription.
- Current prices:
- Europe: €6.99 / month
- USA and other countries: $7.99 / month
- Russia / manual payment: 699 ₽ / month
- Prices may change with reasonable prior notice.
5. Payments and Paddle (Merchant of Record)
International card payments may be processed by Paddle. Paddle may act as Merchant of Record, handling payment processing, billing, invoices, applicable taxes and refunds according to Paddle's checkout buyer terms and refund policy.
Our order process for international payments is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for those orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries related to those payments and handles returns.
6. Manual payments
For Russia and other manual payment flows (e.g. bank transfer, SBP, crypto), payment activation may require admin approval. Manual payments are handled directly by CoachServ.
7. Cancellation and access
- You may cancel your subscription at any time.
- Access to paid features remains until the end of the paid billing period.
- No new renewal is charged after cancellation.
8. Intellectual property
CoachServ retains all rights, title and interest in the Service, including software, documentation and branding. You retain ownership of the business data you enter. You grant CoachServ a limited license to host and process that data solely to provide the Service to you.
9. Service availability
We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may perform maintenance, updates and changes to the Service.
10. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CoachServ's aggregate liability shall not exceed the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim. CoachServ shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data or goodwill.
11. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, fraud, or security risk. You may terminate your account at any time from Settings or by contacting support.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
